Air Filtration

The efficiency of turbines, engines and compressors is highly dependent on the quality of the incoming air. Stopson Italiana designs:

• Multi-stage air filtration systems (pre-filters, absolute filters, coalescing filters),
• Filtering acoustic grids and media to reduce incoming noise without compromising flow rate,
• Integration with silencers and acoustic ducts,
• Automatic cleaning systems (pulse-jet, auto-drain) to reduce maintenance and extend system life.

These solutions are critical to protecting equipment from erosion, corrosion and fouling, while maintaining high fluid dynamic performance.

Process Skid

Stopson Italiana process skids integrate all the components necessary for the treatment of industrial fluids in a single structure:

• Steam, gas or liquid treatment systems,
• Integration of measuring instruments, valves and control systems,
• Prefabricated and pre-assembled structures for ease of installation and maintenance.

These units are customized according to the plant layout and are designed to operate in “heavy” conditions, even in ATEX or offshore environments. The acoustic attention translates into the use of soundproof coatings or integrated acoustic barriers.

Boilers and HRSG (Heat Recovery Steam Generator)

Stopson Italiana supports OEMs and EPCs in the supply of auxiliary components for boilers and HRSG:

• Exhaust silencers and atmospheric diffusers for steam and gases, with high-performance reactive/absorbent design,
• Thermal and acoustic insulation for ducts and components at high temperature,
• Controlled exhaust devices to reduce noise and pressure peaks during blow-off or purging phases.

Silencers for exhaust into the atmosphere are designed for flow rates up to 1500 tons/h, temperatures up to +650 °C and pressures above 400 bar. The units can be configured in vertical or horizontal position, and also designed and built with customized materials and connections.

Ventilation, heating and air conditioning systems are essential to ensure operational safety and environmental comfort. Stopson Italiana offers:

• Complete HVAC units for technical environments and acoustic booths,
• Forced and natural ventilation systems for turbines, compressors and generators,
