Code of Ethics
The Code of Ethics of STOPSON ITALIANA, approved by the Company’s Board of Directors, identifies some fundamental values as a constant guide for the daily work and business management of all the Company’s collaborators.
The Code of Ethics represents an essential part of the Organization, Management and Control Model adopted by Stopson Italiana. It prescribes some values and principles to which Stopson Italiana is committed all over the world. The values incorporated in our vision, the ethical character and integrity of Stopson Italiana’s Board of Directors are considered fundamental points of corporate governance. Each member of the Company is responsible for compliance with the Code of Ethics, acting on behalf of the company, avoiding any activity, financial interests or relationships with Stopson Italiana’s competitors. In addition, according to the Code, it is forbidden to use confidential company information, which has not been disclosed to the public, for one’s own gain or for an unfair advantage. The Company reports any violation pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001. Employees may review and review any violations of the Code of Ethics that are detected. If personnel determine that a violation has occurred, appropriate corrective or disciplinary action will be taken. As a fundamental part of the Company’s enlarged organization, our Suppliers are required to comply with the latest ethics, health and safety, and environmental policies.
