(Sinopec)<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cnooc.com.cn\/col\/col5191\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">China National Offshore Oil Corp.<\/a>, and Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum Co.
