part of an acoustic mitigation project developed to meet the Customer\u2019s requirements.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1075\" data-end=\"1302\">The project introduced technical improvements to an acoustic solution based on noise shielding systems, with the goal of reducing noise propagation toward the residential receivers located near the plant area.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"1g8ft86\" data-start=\"1304\" data-end=\"1385\">Acoustic mitigation intervention for a railway maintenance facility<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1387\" data-end=\"1574\">Stopson Italiana managed the supply of a noise barrier for the maintenance facility of <strong data-start=\"1489\" data-end=\"1507\">Trenord S.r.l.<\/strong>, a leading company in regional rail public transport.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1576\" data-end=\"1790\">The intervention was carried out at the <strong data-start=\"1626\" data-end=\"1645\">Novate Milanese<\/strong> site and involved the acoustic protection of residential receivers located close to the <strong data-start=\"1726\" data-end=\"1751\">pumping station<\/strong> and the <strong data-start=\"1759\" data-end=\"1789\">fire-fighting water reserve<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"shs965\" data-start=\"1792\" data-end=\"1821\">Project objective<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1823\" data-end=\"2062\">The aim of the project was the <strong data-start=\"1859\" data-end=\"1908\">reduction of airborne noise propagation<\/strong> generated by a metal structure housing <strong data-start=\"1978\" data-end=\"2018\">two electric circulation pumps<\/strong>, connected to several mechanical devices.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2064\" data-end=\"2227\">The solution was developed to improve acoustic comfort in the surrounding
