Stopson can rely on a taylor-made advanced framework that enable its employees to continuously monitor the tasks' progress and - consequently - the right alignment with the customer's commitment.

The company has deployed a dedicated department to fulfill either a single-low engineered supply or a complex-scope project involving installation and manpower.

A Customer Management team will process the inquiry upon receipt until order negotiation. In case of contract finalization, the entire project will be managed towards successful shipment and/or start-up.

A highly qualified technical staff can engineer a complete range of services and products: from acoustical assessment to complete soundproofing turnkey solutions for any industrial
 environment.Flow chartA dedicated Sales Engineer is assigned to each inquiry to properly select the solution to match client's requirements, support technical alignment and follow up until proposal release for commercial negotiation. Once-and-if the purchase order is assigned, the execution team will take over the contract supporting our Customer Management.

Depending on project complexity, a Project Engineer can be assigned to manage all technical aspects of the job leading a team of Design Engineers, QA/QC Inspectors, Document Controllers.
A rigorous tracking process and timely internal reviews ensure the flawless execution of the entire project and definitely client's satisfaction.
